General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3bdd ("3bdd", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game available on the 3bdd website at https://3bdd.bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read alongside the 3bdd Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 3bdd. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, bonus offer, or game-specific rules, these Terms shall take precedence unless an explicit written exception has been communicated by 3bdd.

3bdd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice, subject to our obligation to honour existing bets and return player fund balances in accordance with these Terms. We are not liable for any loss arising from planned or unplanned downtime.

All services offered on 3bdd are intended for personal entertainment purposes only. The use of the platform for commercial purposes, systematic betting strategies intended to exploit the platform's pricing, or any automated means of interaction is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 3bdd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.

3bdd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may also be requested. Accounts where verification cannot be completed to 3bdd's satisfaction may be suspended pending resolution.

Where 3bdd has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be frozen, and any winnings accumulated during the period of suspected underage access will be forfeited. 3bdd takes its obligations with respect to the protection of minors very seriously.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 3bdd services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. Registration requires the submission of accurate, current, and complete personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account where applicable.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3bdd will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately and change your password without delay.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted.
• Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• You must notify 3bdd of any change to your registered details within 14 days of that change occurring.
• Account sharing — allowing any other person to access or operate your 3bdd account — is strictly prohibited.
• 3bdd may require additional verification before granting full account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds.

3bdd employs two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional additional layer of account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA via their account settings. Where unusual login activity is detected — such as access from an unrecognised device or IP address — 3bdd may temporarily restrict account access pending re-verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3bdd supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional methods including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard may be available subject to ongoing integration status — check the Cashier section of your account for the current list.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source where possible.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your 3bdd BDT wallet and wagered. Contact support immediately if a deposit was made in error before any play occurs.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless an alternative has been approved by the 3bdd compliance team.
• 3bdd reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.
• Withdrawals requested during active bonus wagering requirements will be held until those requirements are met or the bonus balance is forfeited at the player's election.
• 3bdd does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Player funds are held in accounts separate from 3bdd's operational funds. In the event of insolvency, player balances are prioritised in line with applicable financial protection principles. 3bdd does not use player deposits to fund its operational expenditure.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

3bdd offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins packages, and cricket-season specials timed around BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures. All promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of offer presentation, which supplement but do not replace these general Terms.

The following general bonus rules apply to all 3bdd promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses must be explicitly claimed by the player. No bonus will be automatically credited to a player's account without their prior opt-in action.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements represent the number of times the combined bonus and deposit amount (or bonus amount only, as stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino, and slot games may carry different contribution rates — the specific breakdown is shown within each offer's terms.
• Bonus offers have a fixed validity period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not cleared within the stated period will be removed from the account automatically.
• 3bdd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a player has already opted in and begun wagering, any modification will not be applied retrospectively to that player's active bonus balance.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except in accordance with the stated wagering clearance process.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.

Players who have activated the self-exclusion or cool-off features on their account are automatically excluded from receiving marketing communications and bonus offers for the duration of those restrictions.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 3bdd sports betting section are subject to the specific market rules displayed alongside each event. The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets available on 3bdd, with cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series, and Test matches — forming the primary focus of the 3bdd sportsbook.

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed with a bet receipt and a unique bet ID has been issued. Verbal or chat-based bet placement is not recognised.
• 3bdd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of irregular activity, system error, or manifest odds pricing errors.
• In the event of a pricing error resulting in an obviously incorrect odds value (e.g., a strong favourite priced at 100/1 due to a data feed error), 3bdd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's BDT wallet.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and data feed availability. 3bdd is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to network issues on the player's side.
• Match abandonment, postponement, and walkover rules follow the specific market rules published for each sport. For cricket, rain-affected matches settled via Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method are treated as official results.
• Casino games use certified RNG technology. All game outcomes are final once the game round is completed. No claims based on alleged software malfunction will be accepted unless supported by independently verifiable technical evidence.

3bdd publishes theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles within the game information panel accessible from the game lobby. These figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 3bdd, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and good-faith manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information, or impersonating any other person.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the 3bdd platform.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask your true geographic location.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of such errors will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using 3bdd as a conduit for transferring value between third parties.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other skill-based formats where player interaction affects the result.
• Engaging in match-fixing, inside-information betting, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events on which 3bdd offers markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3bdd support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise dealing in your 3bdd account balance, bonuses, or winnings with any third party.

3bdd actively monitors platform activity for indicators of prohibited conduct using both automated systems and human review. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 3bdd will take immediate action, which may include voiding bets, confiscating balances, suspending or permanently closing the account, and reporting the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

Account Suspension & Closure

3bdd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at the player's own request. In most circumstances, 3bdd will attempt to provide advance notice of account closure and an opportunity to withdraw any remaining BDT balance prior to closure.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email and given the opportunity to provide information or documentation relevant to the investigation.
• Where an account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits will be returned to the registered payment method after deducting any amounts owed to 3bdd.
• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 3bdd support team via live chat. Self-exclusion is processed separately through the Responsible Gaming tools in account settings.
• Closed accounts may not be reopened. Former players who wish to access 3bdd services again must complete a new registration, subject to the eligibility requirements in Section 2. This does not apply to self-excluded players, for whom the exclusion period is binding.

If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a formal complaint to the 3bdd support team.
